In the Summer of 2009 3 kids had an Idea of a slippy slide that wood stretch for 3 houses. There was Josh, Victor and Billy. They All lived in the area of Whyte Ridge. A area south of down town Winnipeg.
"Hey Billy. Get your bike, we are going to Victor's house," Said Josh.
"Ok, I will be there in 1 minute," Billy replied. As Josh was riding his bike he saw billy rush out of his house.
"Common lets go," Said Billy. As they ride to Victor's house they saw many posters of Garage sails happening next weekend. When they got to Victor's house they put their bikes by the door.
"Hey Josh and Billy. How is it going?" Asked Victor.
" We are good but bored, but did you know about the garage sale," replied Josh.
"Then we should we should make some money,so that we can buy something that we could play with and not be bored for the rest of the summer," Victor relied. That day they thought of things to do to make some money. They were to young to baby sit but they each found a job to do. Billy was doing chores around the house for money. He made the beds in the morning. He also vacuumed the carpets. Victor went around the neighbor hood cutting grass. Josh had a big job he washed cars for 3 days straight. He washed about 30 cars in 3 days. The night before the day of the garage sale they all had a sleep over a Josh's house and they counted the money. Billy made 20$, Victor made 40$ and Josh made 75$. next morning they woke up at 8 a.m. They ate toast with eggs and by 9:30 they were on there bikes in the neighbor hood looking for stuff to buy. The first thing that cote their eye was a long slippy.
"How much for the slippy slide?" Billy asked.
"I will sell that slippy slide to you for 25 bucks," the man said.
"Deal!" billy replied. They went on and put it in the back of josh's bike. The bike had a tailor on the back of it.they moved on. they ended up buying 3 different slippy slides. the next morning they all meet at Josh's house. For half of the day the assembled it and put the hose in. They toke the last of Billy's mom's good detergent. They started going on the slide one after another after another.
Billy screamed, "This is the best day ever!" As they kept going down the slide they saw their parents come out of their house in bathing suits.
"We also want to have fun too," the parents said. After that they all went down slide till 9 o'clock. They did this every day of the summer.
