Procedure
- Put both eggs in 1 beaker fil1 with 200 ml of white vinegar
- leave for 24 hours
- take both eggs out of beakers and than wash the beaker and carefully wash the eggs
- put on paper towel and pour 150 ml of orange juice and water in different beakers
- place the eggs in their beakers
- leave for 24 hours
- take eggs out and record the mass of the egg and the amount of the volume left in the beaker
- make observations
- put egg back in beaker and pop with tooth pick and make more observations
